How far in advance should I book a photographer and videographer for my event?
It is advisable to book your photographer and videographer as early as possible, ideally 6 to 12 months before your event date. This ensures availability and allows ample time for discussions and planning.
What factors should I consider when choosing a photographer and videographer?
Consider their style, experience, portfolio, reviews, and compatibility with your vision. Discuss your expectations and ensure they understand the specific details of your event.
Can I customize my photography and videography package?

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

What is the ideal time or weather condition for the best photography results?
For optimal results with a golden, warm look, we recommend scheduling your photography session during sunny conditions. Natural sunlight enhances the vibrancy of colors and adds a beautiful warmth to the images.
However, we are adaptable and experienced in working with various lighting conditions. If your preference is sunny weather, we can discuss scheduling options that align with your vision. What are your terms and conditions?
I have a comprehensive set of terms and conditions, which have been thoroughly reviewed by a solicitor. There’s nothing unconventional in them that you haven’t likely encountered before. However, if you’re keen on reviewing them now, I can certainly provide them to you. HERE
Do you charge a deposit for making a booking?
Yes. To secure your booking for our services and save the date, we ask for a £600.00 for big events or 50% non-refundable deposit for all of our wedding film & photo collections. The deposit is paid when the contract is signed, with the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your big day.
What are London photographer prices?

Latesness fees

We would like to get our wedding filmed, but the price seems expensive. Why is this?

The hours and costs involved include administrative tasks, marketing, equipment (cameras, tripods, audio recording equipment, lighting, and specialized tools), equipment maintenance, transportation, client meetings, scheduling, preparation, filming, and extensive editing. Typically, around 30-40 hours are dedicated to editing the wedding film. Wedding videography is a complex and time-consuming process, and it’s important to charge appropriately to maintain the quality of the final product.
